Shrapnel Fragment
Shrapnel shells were particularly deadly against infantry in the open, showering deadly metal balls when they exploded. This piece of shrapnel still has some of the metal balls, encrusted with rust, attached to it. It was picked up on Vimy Ridge in 1986.
