An appeal to the Canadian Overseas Forces to mark their ballots for Sir Wilfrid Laurier and the Liberal Party. This pamphlet highlights Conservative wartime profiteering scandals and assures soldiers that Laurier would provide more honest government. The soldiers did not agree, instead focusing on the Conservative-dominated Union government's pro-conscription stance. Ninety per cent of overseas service personnel voted for Borden's Unionist ticket.
