Please note that additional processing time may occur for orders submitted between December&nbsp;22, 2023 and January&nbsp;3, 2024. Please enclose a note stating reason for return or exchange along with original receipt. Merchandise for exchange and refund must be in original condition unless received damaged or defective. Orders submitted outside of business hours (evenings, weekends and statutory holidays) will be processed on the next business day.<\/p>\n<p>Shipping rates are calculated separately for each shipping address. We ship using Canada or by alternative carrier if needed. The shipping cost will be quoted based on the shipping address. Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be impacted by weather, holidays and other factors.<\/p>\n<h2>METHODS OF PAYMENT<\/h2>\n<p>Orders can be paid by VISA, MasterCard or American Express<\/p>\n<h2>TAXATION<\/h2>\n<p>Orders are subject to sales tax based on the shipping destination and the type of product being shipped. Books and non-book items are taxed differently.<\/p>\n<h2>INTERNATIONAL ORDERS<\/h2>\n<p>Orders shipped outside Canada are tax-exempt on both goods and shipping.
