- Caption Sniper Rifle, Ross Model 1910 Mk. III(T)
- Additional Information The Canadian-made Ross rifle was fragile but very accurate. Withdrawn from general service in 1916, it remained the weapon of choice for Canadian snipers. This Mk. III rifle includes a telescopic sight for greater accuracy over longer ranges. An experienced sniper could kill at 700 metres. Most sniping, though, was done at shorter distances.
