- Additional Information Master Corporal Martin Rouleau used this customized medical material during his third deployment to Afghanistan between March and October 2009. Rouleau, a medical technician, accompanied soldiers of 12e Régiment Blindé du Canada on patrols over a wide area in Kandahar province. He offered initial medical treatment at forward operating bases, as well as emergency first aid to colleagues who suffered traumatic injuries from enemy fire or improvised explosive devices (IEDs).
