Bush, Charles (1919-1989)

Bush studied at the National Gallery of Victoria School, Melbourne, then in London with Bernard Meninsky between 1935 and 1940 and in France, Italy and Spain. He enlisted in 1940 and in 1942 was recommended to work on the 1942 and 1943 service annuals. He became an official war artist between 1943 and 1946.
