World Press Photo – Exhibition 2018

Plan Your Visit

World Press Photo is a photo exhibition that inspires an understanding of the world through creative and quality photojournalism. This year, the exhibition contains 161 photographs that represent images of everyday life and headline news, including those captured during recent and ongoing conflicts. The photographs build upon the Museum’s own exhibitions about post−Cold War conflict, and underline how these events continue to shape the world.

This exhibition is developed and circulated by World Press Photo and is presented at the Canadian War Museum in partnership with the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.

The World Press Photo Foundation receives support from the Dutch Postcode Lottery and is sponsored worldwide by Canon.
