Over The Top

FRANÇAIS

The bombs keep falling at an appalling rate and, if anything, it seems as if the bombardment is intensifying instead of letting up.

George is tucked on the ground behind you, holding his hands over his helmet and screaming with each shell blast.

The earth heaves as each explosion sends mountains of dirt flying in all directions.

Barely do you have time to utter a faint prayer than a shell lands right on your position.

You never knew what hit you, nor did anyone else.  Two days later, you and George are reported missing and while you are eventually listed as dead, the two of you are never heard from again.
