Description
“As with each preceding artistic cohort, the artists of CFAP Group 9 capture vivid, discrete, and individual moments. But they are also starting conversations that will last for decades: about service, memory, and conflict; about humanity, identity, and – ultimately – hope.” – Dr. Dean F. Oliver, Acting Director General and Vice President Canadian War Museum
The artists of CFAP Group 9 contribute to the rich tradition of interpreting Canada’s military past and present, from the world wars through UN peacekeeping missions, to the War in Afghanistan, NATO participation, as well as the day-to-day duties undertaken by Canada’s military.
