The Mess offers a casual atmosphere, an appealing and varied menu, and quick, friendly service. Food and drink are only permitted in designated areas. Smoking is not permitted in the museum facilities.

Hours of Operation

While at the Mess, you can view reproductions of artworks by Turkish artist Hikmet Çetinkaya. This artist’s work focuses on the poppy which, for him, represents the beauty of nature and the fragility of life. The poppy is also an international symbol of remembrance.
