To request a Discovery Box, please complete the form below. Each school may reserve one box per session, processed on a first-come, first-served basis. A representative of the Canadian War Museum will contact you with the status of your request.

To help us better respond to your request, please include your spring break dates in the comment section so we can work around them whenever possible.

There is no cost, thanks to our donors. Book early to avoid disappointment!

Schools are eligible for one Supply Line loan per semester (First World War or Second World War Discovery Box).
