National Band of the Naval Reserve Concert

The National Band of the Naval Reserve, formed in 1976, is comprised of reservist musicians chosen from the six Naval Reserve division bands across Canada. Please join us for a rousing concert of traditional and pop music on the occasion of the band’s 50th anniversary tour. Please note that all activities are subject to change without notice.

Bluesfest Family Day

Join us at the Canadian War Museum on Sunday, July 19 for a Bluesfest Family Day art activity everyone can enjoy. Families are invited to get inspired by the Museum’s collection, then design and colour their own paper tanks in the LeBreton Gallery. Come visit the galleries together, learn about Canada’s military history, and enjoy a fun, hands-on experience for all ages. Spend the day learning, exploring, and making memories!

Join our regularly scheduled public tours for a closer look at the different chapters in Canadian military history. Our passionate team of program interpreters will lead groups of up to 15 people through our galleries and make these spaces, stories, and artifacts come to life.
