Create stunning camouflage and discover how women developed vital intelligence for the war effort.
March 2 to 17, 2024
9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Thursdays until 6:30 p.m.
This March Break, dive right into the spectacular First World War camouflage style known as “Razzle Dazzle.” Drop in to our family activity centre in the Museum’s Lobby to create your own Razzle Dazzle ship!
Also in the Lobby, uncover the stories of the Women’s Royal Canadian Naval Service, often called the Wrens, who served both in Canada and abroad during the Second World War. At a time of peril in the North Atlantic, these women listened for German radio transmissions, gathered data and developed vital intelligence for the war effort.
Lobby activities are free for everyone.
