Be among the first guests to visit the exhibition and get a new perspective on war and conflict through the eyes of women artists.
Take in a discussion between prominent war artist Gertrude Kearns and Lieutenant-General Jennie Carignan, Chief of Professional Conduct and Culture, Canadian Armed Forces, about the portrait painted by Ms. Kearns of LGen Carignan.
Enjoy a musical performance by Kathryn Patricia Cobbler, inspired by cinematic classical music. Hailing from Canada’s Capital region, Loop pedal violist, composer, and arranger Kathryn Patricia Cobbler has crafted a singular niche in improvisation and classical performance.
Light refreshments will be served.
