6. Assessment Criteria and Selection Process
6.1. Selection Criteria
- Artist’s Understanding of Project Proposal: (40 points)
- Experience: Artist’s CV, biography, and samples of work (60 points)
6.2. Selection Process
- Phase 1: Mandatory Requirements — All applications will be reviewed to ensure that they meet eligibility requirements.
- Phase 2: Technical Evaluation — Eligible applications will be evaluated by a War Museum committee using the scoring template. Consensus scoring will be used.
- Phase 3: The five applicants on the shortlist will be interviewed and re-evaluated by an extended Evaluation Committee.
